Jblood and I decided to fly up to Denver for the day to eat crepes, play on a mountain, and visit with friends. Since we wanted to only carry light day packs, I opted to not take one of my larger cameras. Instead, I thought it would be a good chance to spend some time with my little toy Rolleiflex that’s been sitting on a shelf for most of its life.

So, here’s a high quality day in Denver though a poor quality camera.

Also featuring the faces of Jblood, Dan, Cory, and a band from Arkasas called Don’t Stop Please

I’ve been working on some laser cut jewelry lately! Check it out at tealdeer.com :)

I’ve been pretty busy lately, and I’ll try to catch you up soon. In the meantime, here are some snowflakes I snapped the other day during our first real snow day of the year here in Oklahoma:

You can find the larger versions on my flickr.

If you live in or around Oklahoma City, the Lobby Bar in Will Rogers Theatre will have my photos hanging through September. They also have pretty amazing food (in case you need a better excuse to stop by).

That’s right; I’m finally getting around to updating my website. It turns out that it was just too difficult and time-consuming to maintain — let’s just pretend I actually do this — a separate photography site, online store, blog, etc. So, in a move that may either enchant or horrify everyone, I’m shoving everything into one site. Now you’ll be able to see photos of insects, read about some of my adventures, or buy a postcard to send to your friend all from one spot.

Am I taking too long? You can view some of my photos on flickr.

Or, send me a message.
